1. Can I get sample? 
Sample order or trial order is available, so you can test your market
Sample delivery time is 7-10 days. 

2. Can you supply OEM and ODM service? 
OEM and ODM services are acceptable. Size and colors can be customized per your request. 

3. What's your delivery time? 
40-45 days. 

4. What's your MOQ? 
For normal design, our MOQ is 10PCS for each style. For complicated product, we will need further discussion. 

5. How about package? 
(1)Packing the whole products with EPE to avoid hitting
(2)High quality carton packing
(3)Logo or company name can be printed on the carton. 

6. I wonder if you accept small order? 
Do not worry, feel free to contact us. In order to build long-terms business and give our clients more trust and convenience, we can accept small order. 

7. What about the quality control in your factory? 

(1)Before production, we will check the material with colors and features to make sure everything we are using on the mass production are strictly same as the sample shown. 
(2) We will be tracing every steps of the production from the beginning. 

(3) When item finished, QC checks. 
(4)Finished pictures will be taken and sent to clients before packing. 

8. How to ship the order? 
From Qingdao port in the north of Shandong by ocean. 

9. What's your main products? 
Our main products are home furniture, including tables, chairs, frame, beds, shelf, and other home furniture. 

10. How can I know my order status? 
30% deposit payment---start production---take photos for your confirmation---check the logistic---book shipment---inform ETD&ETA---load container---balance payment---send documents.

1. For damaged and missing items, we will send replacement after getting related details, such as photo or video
   2. We will check the quality for your reference before loading the container
